Thomas R. Bulloch

Tom graduated from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada, in 1973 with a degree in economics, and went on to do graduate work in the Business School, MBA program. 

Tom is one of the leading estate planning strategy consultants in the Lincoln Financial Advisors Organization nationwide, with more than 44 years of assisting families with their estate planning strategies, from tax reduction to charitable strategies. 

Tom is active in the Naples community as past president of the American Heart Association, Collier County and chairman of the board of the Collier County Chapter of the American Red Cross and more recently the Board of the Naples Zoo. As past chair of the Estate planning strategies and Business Planning Committee of the Resource Group, a group of top planners within Lincoln Financial Advisors, he was responsible for Sagemark' s presence at the Annual Heckerling Institute on estate planning strategies.

Tom is Regent for the Commanderie de Bordeaux á Naples and a Golf Member of Wilderness. 

Tom and Lynda, his wife of 49 years, have two sons, both graduates of the University of Florida, two Daughters in law, two grandsons, and a new Granddaughter. They divide their time between their homes in Naples and the French Alps.
